• Temporary audio for voice search (not stored)

2. Local Processing

Voice search audio is processed locally on the device. No audio is uploaded, stored, or transmitted.

3. WhatsApp Messaging

When merchants choose to send OTPs or invoices via WhatsApp:

• Messages are sent through the user’s device
• No WhatsApp content is accessed or stored
• No WhatsApp account information is collected

4. Secure Storage

Merchant data stored on our servers is protected using:

• Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls
• Regular security audits

5. No Third‑Party Selling

We do not:

• Sell data
• Share data with advertisers
• Use data for profiling

6. Data Retention

Merchant data is retained while the account is active. Audio is never retained. You may request deletion at any time.
