Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data for our app, you can request this by emailing us at contactus@intellesyde.com or by submitting the contact form on this page.
Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will permanently delete:
- Merchant profile and company details
- Customer records
- Products and related information
- Invoices and transaction records
- Uploaded images
- Login credentials (PIN and device binding)
After deletion, your data cannot be recovered. If you only want specific data (such as certain invoices or customers) removed, please mention that clearly in your request.
