  • Not reverse‑engineer, copy, or redistribute the App

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring customer information entered by you is accurate
  • Complying with applicable laws in your region
  • Securing your device and network

5. Features & Limitations

Our services include:

  • Digital invoicing
  • Inventory management
  • Optional UPI QR display
  • Optional WhatsApp notifications
  • Optional voice‑based search

Our services do not include:

  • Payment processing
  • Banking or financial services
  • Background audio recording
  • Storage of audio recordings
  • Access to WhatsApp messages

6. WhatsApp Messaging

If you choose to send OTPs or invoices via WhatsApp:

  • Messages are sent through your device
  • We do not read or store WhatsApp content
  • We do not access your WhatsApp account
  • We do not use any WhatsApp data for analytics or marketing

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials are owned by Intellesyde Technologies or TRICHY E‑COM LAB LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our services.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Statement. You agree to review these documents to understand how your data is handled.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error‑free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices

  • Device issues, network failures, or third‑party service outages
  • WhatsApp delivery failures
  • Unauthorized access due to weak device security

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for using our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
